Ramekin Shepherd's Pie
Made this mouthwatering Shepherd's Pie for 2, a perfect portion control meal.
I find all the ramekin dishes very adorable.
1. I made a quick seasoned ground meat with basic spices.
2. Boiled the potatoes and mashed it with some shredded Cheese, Butter, dash of Milk, a pinch Salt and Back Pepper powder
3. Filled the Ramekin with the cooked seasoned meat, topped it up with the mashed potato mixture and baked it for about 20 minutes until the crust was golden brown.
Served with some boiled carrots and green peas with a dash of raspberry vinaigrette.
