As the world goes into meltdown, I see how hard it is to cook something with just what's in my fridge.

For when supplies start to run low and you're trapped in your house you might have to start cooking dishes comprised of whatever you've got. So as a practice run, I made dinner with only the random stuff I had in my fridge. And it turned out OK!

  • Kind of like my leftover stirfry..it was the last of the pulled pork, there was 1 mushroom and carrots and celery was already there as well. I dug out 3 partial bags of rice to make a pot of rice...lol

    • That’s made up cold brew coffee. My maker makes about three cups at a time so I store it in its flask in the fridge.
