Recipe: Italian sausage and potatoes
An easy and tasty main dish
Hi Tribers! This is another super easy recipe. If you find tasty sausages, 90% of the dish is done. Let's begin.
4 large potatoes
Half a red onion
Salt and pepper to taste
Cut the sausage into small pieces (remove the skin and taking care not to break the sausage too much).
Stir-fry the onion, roughly chopped with a drizzle of olive oil (little, because after the sausage will release fat).
Add the pieces of sausage. Brown over low heat to melt the fats of the meat.
Add half a glass of white wine and let it evaporate.
Add the potatoes cut into coarse cubes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Cook for a few minutes with the lid, then uncover and turn from time to time to mix the flavour.
When the potatoes are cooked, the dish is ready.
