Recipe: One delicious Vitamin Bomb

It is the Time of the Year again where it is starting to be cold and dark outside.

And since some Vitamins never hu anybody, I decided to whip up something quick and delicious.

My Concoction actually is very simple to make and also kinda delicious. It also does contain some Sugar though.

I am planning on substituting that with Honey. I still have to buy some, it was empty.

Hot Ginger Lemonade

Ingredients for about 200ml.

Ingredients

  • Water
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • A bit of Ginger
  • Some Sugar

Instructions

  1. Squeeze your Lemon into a Cup
  2. Add the Sugar (or maybe some Honey)
  3. Peel and chop the Ginger
  4. Add some hot Water into your Cup
  5. Add the Ginger
  6. Let it stew for about 10 Minutes
  7. Enjoy

  • I love the fresh ginger! We make a very similar thing to this, with honey, lime juice and boiling water.

    Both honey and lime juice have health benefits. We especially drink this to help with a sore throat.

    Next time I will add some fresh ginger!
