It is the Time of the Year again where it is starting to be cold and dark outside.
And since some Vitamins never hu anybody, I decided to whip up something quick and delicious.

My Concoction actually is very simple to make and also kinda delicious. It also does contain some Sugar though.
I am planning on substituting that with Honey. I still have to buy some, it was empty.
Ingredients for about 200ml.

- Water
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- A bit of Ginger
- Some Sugar
Instructions
- Squeeze your Lemon into a Cup
- Add the Sugar (or maybe some Honey)
- Peel and chop the Ginger
- Add some hot Water into your Cup
- Add the Ginger
- Let it stew for about 10 Minutes
- Enjoy

I love the fresh ginger! We make a very similar thing to this, with honey, lime juice and boiling water.
Both honey and lime juice have health benefits. We especially drink this to help with a sore throat.
Next time I will add some fresh ginger!
