A personal takeaway favourite is sweet and sour chicken. We know it’s not particularly authentic, and the original Shanghainese dish was black, not orange (thanks to the black vinegar used in it), and it definitely didn’t use to feature ketchup (hmm, maybe that’s why we love it so much?), but still. The combination of just that: the sweet and the sour, with all its zingy flavours is sometimes exactly what you need. It can really hit the spot.

Well, how about if you could get a dish of sweet and sour chicken for four on your table in just 10 minutes? That’s quicker than your local takeaway, right?

We're still amazed by the concept of a pressure cooker and the sheer speed it works at. That’s what you’ll need for this little number: Tefal’s Cook4Me+ – a one pot digital pressure cooker – that will help you become a speedy witch/wizard in the kitchen. It's smarter than your average pressure cooker, as it has a digital screen showing you step-by-step instructions. There's 100 recipes already built-in to the machine, and another 300 on the Cook4Me app.

If you want your own fakeaway night, that’s healthier and cheaper (and somehow even quicker) than ordering in from your local takeaway, give this recipe a go.
