Rémonasta Margherita #nameadishchallenge

Those who know Rémon Kok also know it's pretty common for him to have Margherita pizzas. Baby size, regular size, basically any sizes! So I decided I would make something with Margherita ingredients in his honour and that turned out into the tastiest pasta!

Thus, this pasta requires very few ingredients: garlic, olive oil, cherry tomatoes, basil and mozzarella cheese. And, of course, spagheti! A simple dish as Rémon itself - a nice and funny fellow who enjoys the simplest things in life.

As Rémon's profile is also often seen with eggs in it (fried, boiled, in a sandwich... 🍳), here we have a side of boiled eggs topped with cheese sauce and some gressinos - small toasted bread sticks!
