My parents got me an awesome brownie pan for Christmas, and I just got to use it last night. Luckily, we were able to find eggs at the grocery store, so brownies ended up on the menu! The big thing about this brownie pan is that the design allows you to have more edges – arguably the best part of any good brownie.

The Edge Brownie Pan!

The Edge Brownie Pan!

The Edge Brownie Pan is non-stick, and is constructed of cast aluminum. It comes with a booklet with brownie recipes and a web address to source more recipes (I can't wait to try the Double Shot Espresso Brownies). The pan also includes a special spatula that fits down in the brownie maze so you can scoop out your brownies.

Non-stick and solidly constructed!

The brownies came out awesome with a crusty edge, and I couldn't stop eating them – so, as good as this pan is, it's going to end up being bad for me. The last thing I need is to be chowing down on brownies!

Look at all of that brownie edge!

The non-stick properties worked well!
