It seems like everyone has been making scotch eggs, well it's my turn! There was no liquid gold but it was oh so good. That nice crisp exterior covering the sausage and egg but with that bit of sriracha for a little extra flavor burst. Oh yeah! This recipe was actually sent to me from a couple we use to talk to from England. We have enjoyed these ever since.
