Seabass Agrodolce

- A​pparently saltwater fish skin makes you look and feel younger, tastes nice too.

Agrodolce is a traditional sweet and sour sauce in Italian cuisine, i accompanied this with fennel, red pepper, chilli, capers, garlic, and two fillets of seabass mostly fried skin side down for crispy skin, then put on top of each other... double the crispiness with every bite kind of like a seabass sandwich. Nice washed down with a glass or two of crispy white!
