Apples from the garden and pears from the neighbours tree went into make these tarts. A sprinkle of seeds to give it some added vitamins and you have a tasty seasonal treat. Good on their own, but great with cream or custard.

No, definitely with cream and glass of something sweetish and fruity, but not too sweet, like Chateau Fayau from Cadillac.
