1y ago
ChampiΓ±ones al ajillo (garlic mushrooms)

A typical Spanish mushroom recipe

Cook time10min

  • Mushrooms
  • Garlic
  • Cayenne pepper (optional) – or, you could use black pepper
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Parsley (optional)

  1. Slice the garlic (a lot of it). The more, the better! I used around 7 big cloves I had left, but you can use more.
  2. You can slice the mushrooms or leave them as they are. I bought them sliced.

  1. Add some olive oil to a pan and add the garlic. Cook until golden.
  2. Add the mushrooms and stir until all of them have touched the oil. Add some salt.
  3. Add the pepper of your choice.
  4. Cook for five to ten minutes (sliced mushrooms require less cooking time).
  5. Add some fresh parsley and enjoy!

    • It's mushrooms garlic and olive oil, the rest are completely optional. Also, for a normal kitchen or for someone who usually cooks, olive oil or salt or pepper are not ingredients, they're seasoning, ( and you always have them, you don't...
