Simple easy dinner

Just keeping it simple tonight. Dug in the freezer pulled our some frozen veggies and some butterflied shrimp. I tossed the veggies in a cast iron pan with some olive oil and a few seasonings, then tossed that into the oven. Got out some oil to fry up the shrimp. A side of sweet chili sauce on the side. Nothing spectacular but it was pretty good for minimal effort.
