Simple fruit dessert: fried apples recipe 🍏

A very easy and nice idea for dessert!

Fried apples are a very easy and nice idea for dessert – and here's how to prepare them. Let's start!


300g Greek yoghurt or 200g natural yoghurt

2 apples

baking powder ( x1 teaspoon)

an egg (x1)

flour (x1 cup)

sugar ( 40g or more – depends on your preferences)


vanilla flavour or other ( x1 teaspoon)

Pinch of cinnamon

coconut shrims (x1 teaspoon)


If you decide to use Greek yoghurt (as I did in my version), add 50ml of milk to thin the dough.


1. First, prepare the dough: In a bowl, add the yoghurt (in my case Greek yoghurt), the egg, sugar, a pinch of cinnamon, the vanilla flavour (or other flavour if you have ), the coconut shrims and 50ml milk. Mix everything and set aside for a moment. πŸ‘‡

2. Now, wash, peel and cut your apples into halves. Put them in the bowl with the dough. Meanwhile, heat the oil in your frying pan. Carefully put the apples in the pan and fry them for 2 minutes on each side (until they get nice gold colour). πŸ‘‡

Your full plate of a tasty fried apples is ready to serve! If you like, sprinkle them with icing sugar. πŸ‘‡
