Simple Italian spaghetti jazzed up with local Zany Zeus smoked brinza cheese. I had this for dinner last night and again for lunch today and I'm still drooling...the cheese took this to another level!

Oh, it looks mine 🥺. Yummy 😋. About cheese, I like a smoked mozarella that is homemade in a cheese store in the Bronx 🤤. I haven't tried local NY cheese, I know there are a few 🧀 makers, I should check it out 🧐

A good cheese can do amazing things. If you have any farmer's markets near by, keep an eye out for a local cheese maker. Sometimes they are hiding, but they're always there 🙂
