    I'm going through a stage of trying to perfect my pizza dough.

    I made one the other day which was great but I've got three in the freezer I've made using a 'biga'.

    I'm hoping when cooked they will look like yours.

    • It’s more so the flavour of the crust! You can still get that rise with yeast with a high hydration ie 70%
