Sometimes you just want to eat Simplicity, this was one of those days.
Lunch simplictics was made up of two sausage and gouda cheese dogs on two pieces of keto bread, a slice of swiss cheese on each, calypso seasonings (to spice things up in a caribbean sort of way) and mustard (with organic castelvetrano free olives from Sicily, not shown because I ate them all already 😜).
Dinner made up of a simple, but delicious, pork chop, seasoned with honey bbq and Polynesian sauce (I apparently must have felt Tropical 🍹 today.
