  • I couldn't answer! I've got a jar of Scotch Bonnet sauce on my desk. My fridge has a big ol' Sriracha sauce inside with a spare in the pantry. Tabasco is on stand-by, in three flavors, for the rare treat of a Bloody Mary and is a definite must on Sunday breakfast. And then there is Texas Pete; great on chicken cheesesteaks. And you can't forget Peri Peri sauce; great on wings. Speaking of wings, I can't live without my Frank's RedHot! It's how Buffalo sauce is made at my house!

    • You Sir, are a true aficionado and like you I find it is hard to choose. I as well find that I have to have a sauce for everything. From Louisiana and Crystal to Scotch Bonnet, and Garlic Chili/Thai Chili.

    • If I may ask for your opinion, what are your thoughts on Ketchup and Crystal mixed together.

    • I like the one from La Morena in adobo. The sauce has paprika, it is a nice combination 😋. I am bad with hot 🔥 food though 😁, so I don't eat it frequently.

  • That was a hard decision but I chose thai chili for the flavor but I don't count that as hot...lol. depending on what I'm eating would choose the sauce.

    • Thai Chili sauce is amazing. I have a bottle of it and love it on lots of foods. Probably too many foods to count.

  • My favorite is Tabasco's Chipotle Sauce because of the smokey notes that accompany the heat.

    • I totally agree with you, its a smooth Smokey imparting flavor, I hope to maybe do something with Tabasco in the future, they have such a natural knack for keeping everything on a true palate pleasing level.

    • I honestly could go for all 4 in the right situation. I'd definitely say if I was eating chicken tenders I would have a different sauce for each tender.
