Hugo originated in South Tyrol, an autonomous region in northeast Italy where people speak German as a first language and it consists of prosecco, elderflower syrup, seltzer (you can use club soda, it's fine) and mint leaves. Hugo is to Sprizt what IPA is to APA, same basic idea, slightly different ingredients and/or recipe.
