Steak udon noodle bowl

Leftover steak can be a hard one to have. It just never reheats or taste right, so usually I make it into something else. So I made noodle bowls for our leftover steak. So delish! Homemade broth, sliced steak, boiled egg, green onion, sriracha and some hot oil. This makes great use of leftover meat, especially when there is not much left.
