Sirloin steak cooked medium rare with salsa verde, I made this in a pestle and mortar but it can be done in a food processor. You need leaves from mint, parsley, basil, a clove of garlic, one tablespoon of baby capers, two anchovie fillets, sea salt, half a teaspoon of english mustard, a splash of red wine vinegar and a good glug of olive oil.
Jacket potatoes cut into wedges seasoned with smoked paprika, oregano and fennel seeds, then roasted for about 40 mins, some peppery rocket salad, gorgeous!!!
