Stir fry lettuce with black bean dace recipe
Here's an easy recipe for this well known Cantonese dish – 豆豉鯪魚油麥菜
500g Romaine lettuce (or "You Mai Cai", if you can find any)
1 can of black bean dace
3/4 tsp salt
Separate the dace. Use the remaining oil and black beans to fry the lettuce.
Heat the oil up on high heat until fragrant, add lettuce and stir fry. Add salt and keep frying until lettuce becomes soft. Plate the lettuce and dace.
Here you go, it is super delicious!
Don't forget to prepare plenty of rice.
