This was lovely my mouth was so full of flavours after eating it. Capricci pasta with anchovy’s, garlic, dried red birds eye chilli, capers, tuna, tomatoes, lemon juice and zest, basil and parmesan. Washed down with some organic Pinot Grigio! Tasted so fresh yet the only fresh ingredient was basil.
