Summer hasn't even started yet and I'm already drinking the Last days of summer. The reason is not that I want to have summer over but I was curious about American wheat ale so I reached for a bottle of Chroust´s beer.  American hops Mosaic, Amarillo and Chinook give the beer citrus-y scent and czech malts bittersweet taste.
