Sunday dinner: Blanched spinnach, spicy herb sausages, fried potatoes and Moroccan inspired salad
It's Sunday and who doesn't need a comfy delicious meal that is both healthy and tasty
Get your ingredients lined up and ready - the "Mise en place" is essential! Here we are prepping for a Moroccan inspired salad. Red cale, Dates, sun dried tomatoes, garlic, lemons, sage and of course mint leaves!
Potatoes are first boiled until "almost done" and then fried on a pan in olive oil, sage and garlic! Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
The spinnach is briefly blacnhed in olive oil, garlic and lemon juice. Parmasan and lemon cest is ground on top before serving. The sausages can be your favorite ones - I prefer some that are not to fatty for example merquez, lamb or beef sausages.
Sunday dinner is served! Get some aioli on the table as well and pour a nice dry white wine in the glass. Bon appetit!
