S​unday dinner: Blanched spinnach, spicy herb sausages, fried potatoes and Moroccan inspired salad

It's Sunday and who doesn't need a comfy delicious meal that is both healthy and tasty

G​et your ingredients lined up and ready - the "Mise en place" is essential! Here we are prepping for a Moroccan inspired salad. Red cale, Dates, sun dried tomatoes, garlic, lemons, sage and of course mint leaves!

P​otatoes are first boiled until "almost done" and then fried on a pan in olive oil, sage and garlic! Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

T​he spinnach is briefly blacnhed in olive oil, garlic and lemon juice. Parmasan and lemon cest is ground on top before serving. The sausages can be your favorite ones - I prefer some that are not to fatty for example merquez, lamb or beef sausages.
