I started learning how to cook about a decade ago in an effort to impress the woman that eventually became my wife. One of the first things I learned how to cook was a steak on the grill, using a simple, portable, camping gas grill. I learned pretty quickly that I liked steak.
Fast forward several years, and I started buying nicer cuts of meat for special occasions, often spending big money to get my wife the best cuts of filet at the local grocery stores. We stumbled on the meat at Sprouts Farmer Market, a small chain grocery store with ridiculously low pricing.
Filet; small in size but huge in flavor.
Pictured in this article are photos of the best steak I ever grilled. It was absolutely PERFECT. Great flavor. Perfect texture. Awesome tenderness. Steak like this makes looking forward to the next steak pure torture!
A delicious bite!
Look at that!!!!
