Last year (when traveling was still possible) I visited Tokyo, Japan for the first time. I arrived late at night and went (In true Bill Murray style) straight for the bar at the top floor of the Prince Hotel in Shinjuku and ordered a Gin and Tonic. What I got was this delicious and fresh Japanese Roku gin with Yuzu liquor and a slice of fresh yuzu fruit. Yuzu is a Japanese citrus fruit that is extremely aromatic. It didn't have a name on the cocktail menu so I choose to name it the "Bim and Tonic" now. Cheers!

Yuzu is delicious. I bought a yuzu marmalade to garnish my homemade Gin and Tonic.

I do a 1:3 gin-tonic ratio (1 cup) and add a few yuzu peel strips with 1/4 table spoon of the marmalade. I like it 😄.
