The celebration Chicken, Leek and Mushroom pie has been made, and it was delicious. I've paired it with peas and roast parsnips.
Also because I'm from Sheffield it has Henderson's Relish both in the 'creamy' sauce and on top. Plus it's all gluten and dairy free.
The recipe will come out at some point tomorrow. I need to convert my imperial recipie to metric to make it more accessible.
