The other day I got hungry in the middle of the day and that is rare for me. The thing is I had no idea what I wanted. I quickly decided to fix my old faithful the egg sandwich. While I was fixing it I reflected back on how many egg sandwiches I have ate over my 46 years and I have made it the same for all these years. Two eggs pan scrambled a slice of American cheese, salt and some regular mayo. I must say it is a good looking sandwich.

Looks lovely Doug 😋👍. Recently I've been having two fried eggs in a tortilla wrap with cheese. Add a sprinkle of spicy powder and some tommy k and I'm happy.
