Meatless day 1, 01-04-2021. I'll try to figure out a better way to post this, but here's to day one. My brunch was a veggie sandwich that includes lettuce, cucumber, orange bell pepper, and creamy Italian dressing on an onion bun. It was packed full of crunch and very fulfilling. I had veggie lasagna for dinner, which ended up a bit runny due to my overthinking. It seems like it was very thick, so I added some milk before putting it in the oven. Nope. It would have been excellent without the extra milk added. I will remember that for next time. Yes, definitely good enough for a next time. Overall very satisfied for the day. Where do you think I should post this?
