1 cup coconut

2 tbsp liquid sweetener (e.g. maple syrup, date caramel)


Grind coconut flakes for about 5 minutes in a blender, add a sweetener.

Form small cookies from the mass, put on parchment.

Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for about 5-10 minutes so that the cookies are browned (the main thing is not to burn, watch out)
