The start of some good leftovers?
The last of the pork roast.
Pull the last bit of pork off of the bone and search through the veggie drawer. Put some jasmine rice on to cook. A nice stir-fry in the making. I took the sauce blend from my caramel pork recipe to go along with this pork and veggie stir-fry and it turned out wonderful. At least it didn't taste like we were having leftover pork roast, again.
