There has been a lot of talk about pizza today. Sure, pizza is good, it has cheese on it generally and it comes from an oven.
But another cheesy thing that can come from an oven is the ruler of all cheese based dishes. And one that gets quite popular around Valentines Day too. Baked Camembert.
Here is a pro-tip, something we’ll be repeating.
Smother it in Aioli after scoring it. Generally stuffing it with garlic is good, also rosemary is a sure fire winner too. But a thin (ish) layer of Aioli is a winner.
BBC Good Food has a cracking recipe that involve a pinch of chilli flakes too. No matter what, it only needs to visit the oven at 180C for 20 minutes or so.

I've never had it but I think I need to.
I could attack that!
Crusty bread to dip would be the ideal finisher.
Freshly baked bread 🥖 oooooh yes.
Loved baked Camembert studded with garlic cloves and speared with fresh rosemary. Charcuterie and fresh crusty bread, a glass of wine - and a thats supper done. Perfect.
I have never heard of it 🤔
