This dhal is perfect for a casual dinner with friends
It's super easy to make and tastes delicious
I had a few friends over for dinner this weekend and was kind of stressing about what to make. I decided on an Anna Jones recipe — she's one of my favorite chefs.
Her sweet potato dhal with coconut chutney is really easy. I did most of the prep and cooking beforehand, then served it up with cilantro, warm naan bread, salted Greek yogurt and a mango chutney. It worked out great.
