Thought I'd share one of the technically vegan meals I have on a weekly basis I'd say, with variation based on what needs using up at a certain time because I've noticed most of the meals I post are either really lazy or something I cook when I have family or guests over.

So tea for me this evening is gluten free pasta, with a not cheese sauce but yeast flakes give it a cheese like quality as well as the last bit of cauliflower before it turned.

The best bit is that I have so.e left for dinner tomorrow

      • Are you vegan? Some of the food you eat doesn't look it

    • Got it. At my age 60 in a few weeks takes a while to sink in. So you can still enjoy the good stuff like bacon sausage and steak

      • Apart from allergies and the fact that I can't stand bacon, that gets gifted to my grandad 😂😂 but anything else I'm up for trying any food at least once.

Also tomorrow I'm teaching my friend chloe take proper Yorkshire Puddings after her...

    • Can you explain the allergies to me? Is it milk based products and cheese?

      • No the cream I used is plant based cream and the yeast flakes add an almost cheesy flavour. There is no dairy in the recipie at all. Heres a photo of the plant based cream I used this time as well as the yeast flakes.

      • My allergies are all dairy products because of milk proteins and gluten
