Tipsy Sunday cooking was surprisingly successful... Silverside beef, finished on the barbecue, barbecued cauliflower and purple sprouting broccoli, roasties, honey roasted parsnips, carrot ribbons stir fried with butter and carroway seeds, Yorkshire puddings, and a red wine and mustard sauce 🍷🍷🍷. Oh, and a lovely bottle of Gigondas (after the bottle of Prosecco).
