Tonight’s meal was Spanish, well we can’t go on holiday but at least we can enjoy the food. So I cooked a prawn paella with onions , peppers and my special paella seasoning. We also had Tapas of potato bravas and panko covered calamari with a garlic Mayo and some nice sourdough bread. I even managed to get the paella base nice a crusty the socarrot as they call it in Spain and washed down with a bottle of San Miguel reminded us of sitting in a restaurant in Soria in Northern Spain.
