Tonight’s meal was supposed to be a Turkish Halloumi bake except I used it the over night so added some vegan sausages from a recipe my wife found. I adjusted the recipe to fit with what I had. I added Harissa seasoning but it needed the Halloumi, I am going to make it again but I will cook the red lentils separately and then add it in as the roasted vegetables were very soft because I followed the recipe. The taste was very good but it does need the Halloumi.
