Choosing the perfect food to give a caveman, is quite a hard thing to do. Ice cream would give them a brain freeze and chocolate might be too sweet. So, what do you give them?
Well, after holding a 250 tribecoin competition, we now have a clear answer as to what it would be. Marcel DSB raised a good point, saying that Heinz Baked Beans would be the one and he might just be onto something, even if it was a joke aimed at James May...
You see, beans provide a good source of fibre and plant-based protein. They're also a good source of thiamine, zinc, and selenium, which support energy production, immune function, and thyroid health. All this is good stuff and would likely have made them healthier...or killed them off meaning we wouldn't exist today.
But all I'm saying is that cold beans on cold meat is a treat and I'm sure they'd love the stuff.
