Tuesday Treats

Ever since I saw Emilia's post I've been willing to make this cake. I love fruity cakes so much and this one looked incredibly good... Turns out I had a couple of apples that need to be eaten ASAP so I thought this would be the perfect opportunitty to make it happen.

Her recipe requires vanilla pudding power and also natural iogurt. I didn't have any vanilla pudding at home but I had a regular instant flan pudding so I used that one and added a bit of vanilla extract. Also, I didn't have any natural ioghurt but I did have vanilla ioghurt - I always do! - which was the one I used. Actually, I used half milk and half vanilla ioghurt. Aside from this, I totally sticked to the recipe and the result couldn't be better! It made a huge success among my colleagues.
