Ingredients :

1 cup sugar
3/4 cup water
1/2tbsp turmeric
10 Mint leaves
1/2 lemon cut into thin slices
Ginger grated
Ginger 1inch cut into thin slices
Drinking soda
Ice cubes

Method :

Add sugar , 3/4th water & turmeric & grated ginger into a pan and cook for 2-3mins till the syrup thickens little. Then put it aside till it cools down.

Lightly Crush the mint leaves & sliced lemons at bottom in the desired serving glass.

Add icecubes & ginger slices into the glass

Add 1/4th cup of prepared turmeric syrup into the glass

Add drinking soda & stir it

Garnish some mint leaves at the top.

Ready to serve
