Have a look at stefangourmet.com/ and Douglas Baldwin's book is a good go to reference too. Many recipes will vary in time and temperature so it's all personal preference, but a great journey finding your own favourites.

Enjoy Doug! Not everything works sous vide but the stuff that does is delicious. It's all an experiment and an enjoyable experiment too.
