Need a new way to coat your chicken wings? Have you tried... ramen.
And no, I'm not talking about having curly noodles sticking out like a crazy hairdo. This recipe couldn't be easier. Blitz the ramen in a blender, put it in a bag and toss in your wings.
All that is left is to fry those babies up! You end up with a very nice crunch on the wings – much better than if you had dipped them into flour.
Now the real question is: What kind of sauce do you want with that?
