Vegan Mushroom and Coconut Milk Soup

Simple but luxury



  • Brown rice
  • Coconut milk
  • Champignons mushrooms
  • Salt, Black Pepper, Turmeric, Onion, Garlic


  1. Put rice to cook, at this time cut and fry the mushrooms
  2. When the rice is almost cooked, add coconut milk to it, to taste. An approximate ratio, where 3 parts of water and 1 part of coconut milk. You can try any other ratio.
  3.  Add all the spices and mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes

Recipe Notes

Simple Asian soup, sweetish, but very tasty and rich with spicy notes. This all complements each other and becomes an unusual dish that can cheer up on winter evenings
