Vencakelini #nameadishchallenge

The challenge is about to end so I hope you all got your challenges in! Vencolini has now become Vencakelini. I already butcher his name during podcasts so now I'm just going to change it, lol. Not only does Vencolini have a sweet tooth but he is also a very sweet person as well. He doesn't get mad at me pronouncing his name wrong and made a very loving and touching dish for me. My Vencakelini is a chocolate expresso mug cake. I believe this cake is rather fitting as well as being sweet he does not want the Starbucks princess coffee drink and with that being said, I made this twice because I felt it did not have enough expresso in it the first time. I wanted this to be right and I thought this might be something he might actually want to try. This is a nice balance of chocolate and expresso with the perfect amount of sweetness topped with a sprinkling of powdered sugar. I was going to make whip cream to represent his head is always in the clouds but it seems to be perfect as is.
