I don't know if it's because it is less greasy or just has an overall better taste, but I will always choose to make a venison burger over a beef burger.
I also do like the fact it's 50 percent less fat and higher protien.
Perhaps the greatest selling point of venison over beef is the Iron content, containing 50% of your recommended daily Iron intake. With 1.6 billion people having some degree of anemia, it makes venison the obvious choice for a greater tasting yet healthier burger.
I wish deer meet was offered as much as cow meat is at our restaurants.
