Viennese Biscuits Recipe

What you will need:

50 grams of plain flour

10 grams of icing sugar

40 grams of ordinary stork butter (tub)

cream together

Method:

Pipe onto parchment, refridgerate for 15 minutes while oven is heating to gas mark 5 ( )

Place in oven for 15 minutes while also keeping an eye on them so they don't darken.

For Filling:

Dessert spoon of Irel coffee

Proper Butter- 20 grams

Sieved icing sugar- 40 grams

Plain or milk chocolate to dip each end
