We had a little bit of leftover ground wagyu and some leftover jasmine rice, sounds like the beginnings to an awesome bowl of fried rice. I added a couple of eggs, some frozen peas and carrots, then I seasoned it the way I wanted it. Soy sauce is mandatory of course, garlic and a couple of chopped up Thai chilies are in there as well. This is not very authentic of a fried rice, more of a Chinese-American fried rice. But it is simple and tasty.
