Wagyu Korean style short ribs with cocktail crab claws
An awesome surf and turf night
I ordered some wagyu Korean style short ribs from Crowd Cow. These I kept extremely basic with doing nothing to them. Flash fire cooked on the grill and served with some fine sea salt to dip it in to. I found some cocktail crab claws which I made a homemade cocktail sauce to serve it with. A fresh chopped Thai flavor influenced salad to help cut the richness of the wagyu, along with some Jasmine rice because my Asian side was calling out to me with this dinner. I must say this was an absolutely amazing dinner.
