Warm Chickpea & Chorizo Salad
I'm trying to restrict my shopping trips as much as possible to give the shops time to stock up so I keep experimenting and like this one.
This salad is an an adaptation of one that I use often from a really old Peter Gordon cookbook.
I think he was one of the first chefs that really made the trend in fusion food happen in a sensible way many years ago.
Taking the food of one country and using the techniques of another and fusing them together for delicious effect. It's hard create truly new recipes but I think he is a genius at it.
