Watch: I finally make pasta?
Formula Food is back in Imola which means I have another chance to tackle my inability to make pasta!
Ok, so this recipe could cause a lot of arguments. Like a lot, a lot. It is the same basic recipe as I used for series one. But it now has some extra bits thrown in, salami, prosciutto, pancetta, white wine not red as I usually use, a dash of milk(?). It tasted beautiful! But is it true ragù?
There's your full ingredients list, everything went in apart from chicken livers because I couldn't get those.
